REGISTRATION INFO:

VOLUNTEERS / STAFF:

• Please register to help in the MEMBER PORTAL. (same process as 2024). Please use your NTK Master Member email so we can give credit -- change the name of the volunteer if appropriate.
• You will also need to fill out a Staff eWaiver here on the Alpha Race Registration site. You can either do this separately, or as part of a driver registration.
• Please add your family member volunteers, spouse for example, into your Alpha account via the "add driver" button. This will save the additional information in your account for future wristbands and eWaivers.

RACE REGISTRATION:

If you are an NTK Member, please use your master member email to create an Alpha account so we can link your membership.

Click "ENTER EVENT" below to register as a driver. Please check the name listed before registering.

• AFTER you register for the first class, you can add an ADDITIONAL CLASS by clicking "enter another class".
• AFTER you finalize that driver registration, you can add an ADDITIONAL DRIVER, click "enter more events".
• Driver Wristbands ($10 each driver) will be automatically added during checkout.

PIT PASSES:

You will have the opportunity to purchase additional pit passes as part of your registration or you can click "TICKETS & PASSES" above.

Race Entry: $55 + $10 driver pass = $65

Spectators Pass: Adults $10, Kids 5-17 $8, Kids under 5 free

Transponder: $10 rental

Late entry fee: $90 starts 10pm Thursday before raceday.

Race registration closes: 6pm Friday before raceday.

Each driver is limited to only one class.

In the event of a race cancellation due to snow or ice, the race will not be made up.

Pre-Final: 8 lap

Final: 16 lap (Kid Karts 12 laps)

Payouts will be awarded based on the finishing position in the final event. Technical inspection is required.

2024 Class Structure

All karts must have a current 2024 NTK pre-tech safety tag.

Dry tire: Evinco only. Wet tire: MG rain only

-= Fuel =-

All 4-cycle classes shall use only 87 octane Ethanol Free fuel from Buc-ee’s in Denton, pumps #241 or #242. Samples for tech based on fuel will be taken within 24 hours of race start.

All 2-cycle classes will use VP C12, except for Rotax 2-cycle engines will use ethanol free fuel from Buc-ee’s in Denton, pumps #43 or #42 (92 octane). 

No additives allowed.

All karts will be subject to fuel tech

All qualified classes are eligible for cash prizes. Classes may be run together and scored separately. Each class must have a minimum of 5 drivers. A single driver may enter only one class.

No race credits can be used towards these races.

This race is not part of the Championship Series, which runs from March - December.

Race Volunteers earn work credits that will discount your 2025 NTK membership (up to 8 credits can be used each year).

Step 1) Register at the Portal.

Step 2) Purchase a volunteer pass and fill out your eWaiver by clicking "Tickets and Passes" above, or as part of a driver registration.

Earn participation credits for 2024 trailer parking and garage rental (at least 3 needed each membership term).

NOTE: All credits are applied to the worker.
