2025 Class Structure

RULE CHANGES FOR 2025

-= Pre-tech Safety Inspection =-

All karts must have a current 2025 NTK pre-tech safety tag.

Dry tire: Evinco only. Wet tire: open compound

-= Fuel =-

All 4-cycle classes shall use only 87 octane Ethanol Free fuel from Buc-ee’s in Denton, pumps #241 or #242. Samples for tech based on fuel will be taken within 24 hours of race start.

All 2-cycle classes will use VP C12, except for Rotax 2-cycle engines will use ethanol free fuel from Buc-ee’s in Denton, pumps #43 or #42 (92 octane).

-- In each series, 5 out of 6 races count towards Championship points (= 1 automatic drop)

-- Receive 1st place points for 1 race each series by being a race volunteer in any position.

-- All drivers must earn at least 1 "Corner Worker Credit" during the Championship Series to be eligible for Championship and End of Year Awards and Prizes. Additional prizes for 3+ corner works.

In addition to the Championship benefits above, Race Volunteers earn Race Credits (2 credits: Race Director, Assistant Race Director, Flagman, Corner Worker, Gatehouse) (1 credit: all other positions).

Step 1) Register at the Portal.

Step 2) Purchase a free Staff Band and fill out your eWaiver by clicking "Staff Bands", or as part of a driver registration.

Drivers and Race Volunteers earn participation credits for 2025 trailer parking and garage rental (at least 3 needed each membership term). NOTE: All credits are applied to the worker, per day.

VOLUNTEERS / STAFF:

• Please register to help in the MEMBER PORTAL. (same process as 2024). Please use your adult NTK Master Member email so we can give credit -- change the name of the volunteer if appropriate.
• You will also need to fill out a Staff eWaiver here on the Alpha Race Registration site by purchasing a Free Staff Band. You can either do this separately, or as part of a driver registration.
• Please add your family member volunteers, spouse for example, into your Alpha account via the "add driver" button. This will save the additional information in your account for future wristbands and eWaivers. Everyone is a "driver" in Alpha.

RACE REGISTRATION:

STEP 1: CREATE your Alpha account. If you have not already done so, create our Alpha racing account. If you are a NTK Member, use the same adult Master Member email as the NTK Portal so we can manually link the accounts (so you will get the member race rate, when applicable).

-- ADD your family members (including minor drivers and spouse) with the "Add Driver" button

-- Check your MEMBERSHIP STATUS on the Alpha competitor profile page under "My Memberships" to ensure that you get the member rate. If it has not been manually linked, reach out to registration@ntkarters.com.

STEP 2: REGISTER for the race: click "ENTER EVENT" below to register as a driver. Please check the name listed before registering.

• AFTER you register for the first class, you can add an ADDITIONAL CLASS by clicking "enter another class".
• AFTER you finalize that driver registration, you can add an ADDITIONAL DRIVER, click "enter more events".
• Driver Wristbands ($10 each driver) will be automatically added during checkout.

STEP 3: Pay the Correct Registration Rate

-- Member rate = $65

-- Non-member rate = $100 (if you are a member of NTK and it shows the non-member rate, we have not yet linked your membership. Please stop and do not pay. Email registraiton@ntkarters.com so we can get your membership linked).

PIT PASSES:

You will have the opportunity to purchase additional pit passes as part of your registration, through the "Tickets and Passes" above, or you can click Spectator / Pit Passes for a direct link.
